Your application process with us

We prefer to conduct job interviews in person at our premises. As this is not always possible, we act flexibly and also offer you the option of an initial meeting via video call, depending on what the current situation requires.

We want the application process to be quick, fair and transparent for both sides. We are convinced that this is the only way to get to know the right employees and find the right position for you.

The process at a glance:

  • You will receive feedback within 24 hours that we have successfully received your documents.
  • We will read your application documents carefully and compare your training and professional experience with our requirements.
  • If your application has aroused our interest, we will invite you to an interview. This will give you a clearer picture of our company and allow you to check whether the position meets your expectations. We can also talk to you to find out whether we can imagine working together.
  • We will give you feedback on the status of your application within a few days.

All incoming applications will be treated with absolute confidentiality!

As part of the application process, we collect, process and store your personal data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions.
